Exhibitor Registration Form

We are pleased to invite you to participate in our 2019 Fall Convention. This year’s event will take place on Friday, September 20th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Natick, MA. To register as an Exhibitor at the convention, please complete the form below by June 30, 2019 to reserve your space. The Exhibitor Table Fee is $500, and after submitting the form you will be directed to PayPal to pay and complete your registration. You may consider becoming an event sponsor, as the booth charge of $500 is waived for all participating sponsors at the Platinum, Gold and Silver levels.
